The Irons Area Tourist Association was established in 1974. the I.A.T.A. is a non profit organization, that promotes local business and local area tourism in LAKE COUNTY. Skinner Park is located on 52 acres in the heart of the Manistee National Forrest. In the Park you'll find our main pavilion that is used for, the parks office and our monthly membership meetings. Along with private rentals such as: Weddings Receptions, Anniversaries, Retirement Parties and Family Reunions to name a few. We also have a Ball Field, Horse Corral, Volleyball Court and a Children's Play Ground and the park is also home to the annual Flea Roast / Ox Market the last full weekend in June.

The purpose of Trail Riders Snowmobile Club is to enhance and improve snowmobiling in Lake County. Since our formation in 1995, we have developed over 100 miles of groomed trails in Lake and Newaygo counties. We have 3 groomers and the trails are groomed 3 times a week, conditions permitting.
